FAQs

 

1. Can I change my order before the next delivery?

 

Of course! Simply login into your Account from the menu on the Contact Coffee Club homepage or click here, change your bags as you wish.

 

If you want to change your order too close to the delivery date, then it will be too late. We will already have your order packed.

 

2. How long do I sign up to the club?

 

Minimum 3 months then reoccurring unless cancelled.

 

3. Can I change Tier's once i,ve purchased?

 

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Once you are committed to Tier 1 for example, you will be with it for the 3 months minimum sign up period. We are working to improve this.

 

4. Am I locked into the subscription?

 

No, of course not. You can cancel at anytime by emailing club@contactcoffee.com We’d be much happier if you stayed so if you need help or want to make changes please let us know.

 

5. Is Postage included?

 

Yes, we work with Hermes to get your coffee to you. It takes 2-4 days to deliver from your reoccurring order date.

  

6. When will my reoccurring order happen?

 

Your order will reoccur on the same day as your original order. For example; if you order on March 27th then your next order will be resubmitted automatically on April 27th. All orders will be processed on the next working day.

 

7. Is Contact Coffee Club available outside of the UK?

 

Not at the moment. Keep an eye out for updates in the future.

 

8. Is Contact Coffee Club available to BFPO addresses?

 

Please email our team club@contactcoffee.com to request information on BFPO Club orders.

 

9. I made a mistake with my first order. How can I change it?

 

If you make a mistake a with your first order, then please email club@contactcoffee.com at the earliest opportunity. We work fast at Contact Coffee so your order may have already been processed so the earlier you let us know the quicker we can help you out.

 

10. I have an issue with the website, can you help?

 

Not a drama. Please let us know and we will do our best to assist. Email club@contactcoffee.com for all website enquiries.

 

11. Can I add other products to my subscription order?

 

Unfortunately not as these are automated and shipped separately to our main website orders.
