The Swiss Water® Process

We opted for The Swiss Water Process to craft our amazing coffee without caffeine, keeping it chemical-free. All decaffeination processes are not created equal. The Swiss Water Process is certified organic, and it has always been committed to processing without added chemicals.

The Swiss Water Process uses only water, temperature, and time to gently remove caffeine. During this process it is still preserving all of the coffee’s original characteristics. Their seal of approval means that you’re getting the very best cup of decaf, free of chemicals or residual processing flavours.

• Smooth, mild and sweet
• Good notes of roasted peanut soft milk chocolate and cookie dough
• Medium-bodied with mild acidity
• Slight burnt sugar sweetness
