Following a mixup with my delivery address, and completing a review based on the fact I'd not received my order I received an email from Contact Coffee's Ops Manager, apologising and hastily arrnaging for a new shipment of my order to my home (billing) address, I'm delighted to say it arrived the very next day! And over and above the astounding customer service, promise to look into how my emails had been missed, the coffee itself is the best bagged coffee I've ever tasted. The ground coffee is simply wonderful, but for those times where you just cant or dont have time for a brewed coffee the coffee bags are simply perfect to have in the cupboard! Thank you Contact Coffee, definitely will be making a repeat order (and double checking the delivery address prior to completing the order!)

I'd never tried coffee bags as I thought they were just a gimmick, but I was really wrong when it came to these. The coffee is excellent, strong and smooth, but when it's bagged up for convenience it's just unbeatable. I would urge anyone who loves coffee to try these

Working in an environment where the only access to coffee is very poor from a coffee machine, it is nice to be able to have a GOOD cup of coffee without relying on instant. A little bit of luxury in my working day that can be carried around in my back pocket.

Had high expectations but it fails to deliver. Find myself only making half a cup as I find it marginally tasteless (and I've not been infected with Mao Tse Lung). Sadly, I may have to resort to scrounging Black Rifle from the yanks. Sorry chaps but "hoofin" it aint.

Red On is as good as Battle Prep, maybe just a little better. I'll have to conduct further testing. But, not only does Contact Coffee have brilliant coffee, they also have a fantastic sense of humour. Look at their website. I like that almost as much as the coffee.
